SOCIETAL DETATCHMENT
A study between deifying nature and natural dynamic properties of water, tide movement, and light. The dynamism is framed within the pure geometry of a circle, exploiting an idea of using naturalistic, dynamic properties of water as a source of senselessness by censoring the distraction from the urban and fast-paced lifestyle of Washington D.C.
An unornamented and underwater circular, interior path engages the ultimate resolution of circumambulation and the sublime by the disorientation of the 5 human senses: sight, smell, sound, taste, and touch as a way to render a individual into a cathartic state.
